Community and commitment: Anniversary honors for Strautmann employees

A special evening full of recognition and shared memories recently took place at Strautmann in Glandorf when the company honored its long-term employees on their anniversaries. On Friday evening, February 16, 2024, employees and management came together in a festive setting to celebrate the longstanding loyalty and commitment of those celebrating their anniversaries.

The celebrations began with a warm welcome from the Haus Große Kettler restaurant in Bad Lear. In the midst of a festive ambience, accompanied by lively conversation and a cheerful atmosphere, those celebrating anniversaries of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years were honored with warm words and a personal tribute.

During the evening, a journey through the past Strautmann years was undertaken, during which the jubilarians made a significant contribution to the success and development of the company. Memories of special projects, successes and challenges that have shaped the company’s path were shared.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the shared meal, where colleagues had the opportunity to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy the festive mood.
