The small powerhouse for your business

The BalePress 3 is recommended for annual volumes of up to 15 tons of cardboard and film. The process is fast, clean and effective: compacting with three tons of pressing force reduces the volume of recyclables by up to 90 percent, which saves logistics and storage costs. Another advantage is their low overall height of less than two meters. This means that the BalePress 3 can be conveniently set up in low buildings using a lift truck.

Machines from Strautmann: intuitive operation, effective process

BalePress 3 baler is ideal as an entry-level model. The press can be installed simply by “plug and play”. Despite its small installation space and low overall height, the BalePress 3 has a large filling opening for convenient filling of the bale chamber. At the push of a button, the recyclables are compacted into bales of up to 30 kilograms. The finished bales are easily and quickly tied with tape. Bale removal is conveniently done by a bale cart.

Closed-door” tying design variant

The BalePress 3 is also available in the BalePress 3 CD version. “CD” stands for “Closed Door”, which means that the bales are tied with the door closed. In this variant, the door is opened only after the bales have set for removal.
