What distinguishes the JumboLoadBaler from conventional cardboard presses and press containers?
In contrast to a cardboard baler, the JumboLoadBaler enables efficient compaction without any pre-shredding of the material and can be flexibly filled automatically or manually as required. Thanks to the compact design of our baler, it can be set up directly at the point of use, which minimizes walking and filling distances. The directly marketable bales reduce transport routes and ensure optimum utilization of truck capacities.
How does the JumboLoadBaler work?
The feed unit automatically transports the material to the rotor, which transports it into the bale chamber after pre-compaction. As soon as this is filled, compaction starts automatically. When the bale ready message lights up, tie the bale manually and eject it using the hydraulic ejector. In contrast to conventional vertical and horizontal balers or press containers, you benefit from enormous time savings in recycling by using our JumboLoadBaler.
Fully automatic feed
Semi-automatic machines such as the JumboLoadBaler fill the bale chamber automatically and start the baling process on their own. The bales are tied manually. If you would also like to automate bale tying, we recommend a fully automatic baler, which, however, requires more space. Semi-automatic presses do not have an automation module for tying, so they can be designed to be particularly compact.
