Whereas one cubic meter of loose collection only holds about 15 kilograms of cardboard, our presses achieve up to 400 kilograms per cubic meter. The space savings are obvious. A tidy appearance of the warehouse/workplace is crucial not only for image, but also for efficiency and safety reasons. The bale shape also means fewer walking distances to the disposal site or collection point, as much more material is transported at once. This not only saves you time for the routes, but often also forklift costs. The filling height of the BalePress 18 is ergonomically designed, and the large filling chamber allows high filling volumes. At the push of a button, the material is easily and conveniently compacted into bales. The bales can be tied with wire or tape. The hydraulic bale ejector ensures the safety of your employees. This means that the bale of recyclable material can be conveniently transported away by pallet truck or forklift.
Space saving door mechanism
The BalePress 18 is equipped with a sliding door; this saves you space when opening the door: the sliding door is pushed up and, when open, does not obstruct through traffic. For faster filling of the press, the sliding door can be additionally equipped with automatic opening. Those who prefer the Strautmann QuickDoor can also optionally equip their baler with this door variant: The QuickDoor makes operation even more convenient and handling fast and safe.
