LogiMAT 2025: Strautmann with topics such as innovation and sustainability

Stuttgart – LogiMAT 2025 once again provided an ideal platform for the latest developments in intralogistics. We from Strautmann Umwelttechnik were also on site with our innovative pressing and recycling solutions and were able to inspire numerous trade visitors. From March 11 to 13, many companies took the opportunity to convince themselves of the advantages of our efficient disposal systems live at our stand. Our semi-automatic baling presses, the AutoLoadBaler and the JumboLoadBaler, attracted particular interest and impressively demonstrated how modern technology is revolutionizing waste disposal processes.

Strong interest and valuable discussions

The trade fair was characterized by an intensive professional exchange with interested companies, industry experts and existing customers. Our live demonstrations captivated numerous visitors – many were impressed by the ease of use, high efficiency and sustainable benefits of our solutions. We were particularly pleased with the large number of new contacts we were able to make. Numerous companies from the logistics, retail and production sectors showed great interest in cooperation and in-depth discussions.

AutoLoadBaler: High efficiency and time savings – One of the main attractions of our trade fair appearance was the AutoLoadBaler. With its innovative filling system and collection trolleys, it enables considerable time savings of up to one hour per 100 kg of cardboard packaging. Visitors were able to see the numerous advantages for themselves on site: the automated filling system ensures ergonomic and user-friendly handling, while the high pressing force of 530 kN produces bales weighing up to 400 kg that can be marketed directly. In addition, the AutoLoadBaler helps to reduce transportation and personnel costs and opens up new sources of income by marketing the pressed recyclables. Another decisive advantage is the sustainable separation of recyclable materials, which enables optimized recycling and thus contributes to a resource-saving disposal process.

JumboLoadBaler: New standards in the compaction of recyclable materials – Our JumboLoadBaler, which impressed visitors with its generous feed chute and automatic material feed, also aroused great interest. The trade visitors were particularly impressed by the ease of material handling, as this baler processes even large-volume and bulky materials effortlessly. In addition, the high increase in efficiency of up to 400% compared to conventional balers ensures considerable time and cost savings. Another convincing argument was the rapid amortization of the investment, which for many companies pays for itself within just two years.

Sustainability as a key topic at LogiMAT 2025

A recurring topic of conversation at the trade fair was the increasing importance of sustainable waste disposal solutions. Our visitors particularly praised the environmentally friendly benefits of our presses: By reducing CO₂ emissions as a result of lower transport costs and the optimized recyclability of the pressed recyclable materials, our solutions actively contribute to a sustainable circular economy.
